Terms of Sale

Pricing

All prices listed on this site are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).

Additional charges

You agree that you are liable for any taxes and customs handling fees that may be applied when receiving your fine art order as per your country's customs guidelines.

Changes and Ordering

You are responsible for supplying the correct personal information including the correct postal address and valid payment method.

All works are custom orders. Production begins immediately after purchase and shipment will occur as soon as production is completed. As a result, the work(s) cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded at any time.

Shipping Destinations

We use an International Courier Service that delivers worldwide, with tracking provided and signature required upon delivery.

Delivery Timeline

We aim to have your fine art order delivered within 4 weeks from the date of purchase. Please be patient, however, if your fine art order has not arrived after 4 weeks, please notify us.

Shipping Problems and Damage

Please inspect your order upon delivery and let us know if you notice any damage or defects that may have occurred during transit. To help us review your claim, please notify us within 30 days from the delivery date and provide clear photographic evidence of the issue. We will assess the situation and will provide a replacement if the damage has occurred during transit.
