O'Neill Bay
 
As the sun began to set along O'Neill Bay, I found myself wandering through its black sand shores and into a little cave at the end of the beach. I watched as the skies lit up in pastel hues and the evening light drenched the coastline and painted Waitakere Bay and Kauwahaia island in the distance in vibrant gold. In a fleeting moment, a little fantail darted through the air and into the cave, right as I clicked the shutter, and I was able to capture this incredible scene before me.
