We will arrive in Hahei by the afternoon and first check in to our hotel accommodation for the workshop. This will be our base throughout the workshop and where our post-processing master classes are held.

After settling in, we start our exploration along the coast and then onto the stunning Hahei Beach for sunset.

We rest up for an early night as our adventure begins before the break of dawn tomorrow.

Venturing out before first light, we will experience sunrise along Hot Water Beach. A shovel will be prepared as we dig our own little hot pool on the beach to enjoy and photograph as the sun rises.

After sunrise, we head on our scenic boat tour adventure, exploring the many hidden secrets on the gorgeous Coromandel coastline.

For sunset, we will enjoy it at the beautiful Cathedral Cove and capture a moon rise here if the weather permits.

With head torches and an early start this morning, we will witness sunrise along the spectacular Mares Leg Cove and Cathedral Cove.

We will explore the other bays in the area followed by a masterclass in post processing in the late afternoon.

For sunset, we will explore Waiau Falls, which is just a 5 minute walk from the road to the waterfall base. Here we will capture sunset by a waterfall and photograph it through to the blue hour.

Our final sunrise of the workshop will be photographed along the historic Te Pare Reserve. A short, well-constructed DOC walking track starts at the end of Pa Road and passes through a grove of very large ancient Pohutakawa trees before emerging on grasslands and climbing up to the top of the headland which is a historic Maori Pa site.

After sunrise in this historic spot, we will head back to pack and have our Farewell lunch.

Our Four days of exploring the Coromandel has come to an end, with our hearts and memory cards filled we will not say 'Goodbye' but 'See you again' as we take away amazing memories, images and a wonderful experience together.
